We’re rounding up our six of our favourite Pinot producers to bring you an afternoon of straight-up delicious wine.
You’ll have the chance to taste drops from a diverse range of Australian climates and learn about them directly from the producers themselves. We’ll be heroing smashable, well made and weird wines that are more than just a damn good drop.
We’ll be transforming the venue to set up six wine stations, so you can leisurely roam between regions, whilst snacking on roaming aperitivo.

Join us with Pol Roger for an evening hosted by resident Sommelier Dominic Getson and Champagne guru Lieven Vanhoutte celebrating the art of France’s famed drop.
We’ll be heralding Champagne as a drink that can be matched with food, nailing the misconception that it’s a wine solely for toasting.
Pouring five of Pol Roger’s best drops, our chefs have designed a menu that illuminates the notes of each bottle. We can’t wait for you to join us for this corker!

We are joining forces with Julia Busuttil Nishimura, more commonly known in the food world as Julia Ostro, for a one-night-only exploration of her highly praised cookbook Ostro.
Recreating a selection of Julia’s personal Ostro favourites, she’ll be sharing the origins of her soulful food philosophy – one that sees simple ingredients shine.
And while her beloved home-style recipes will dominate the menu, guests will also be treated to some exclusive Neptune creations, drawing inspiration from Julia’s approachable cuisine and penchant for all-things seasonal.
